Ingredients

  • 2 cups edamame in pods
  • 1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Directions

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Combine oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Steam edamame until cooked through.
  4. Remove from heat and once they slightly cooled, toss with sauce.
